Visit to Brian & Carly's

Yeah for SW's "Ding"! I couldn't pass up a deal to fly down to Brian & Carly's for a few days. We visited, watched movies, did a bit of shopping, and I got a bunch of lovin' & playin with Avie! Carly is a great cook & a great daughter in law, and I appreciate her being such a great hostess, even though that "tired blaaaaa - 9 month feeling" showed up just a bit, she was such a good sport, we sure love her.
On Saturday we attended Brian's company party, which was held at Lagoon" (theme/amusement park). We rode the mini train with Aven and saw the animals in the back.... tiger, cougar, lama, camels, elk.... and more. Layton provided a BBQ lunch and had a drawing give a way... as they read off a bunch of names, Brian said "I never win in these things".... and they called his name for a $100.00 bill!! Yeah! After lunch it started to sprinkle - as we headed to the parking lot, none of us were up for the Roller Coaster! As always time goes to fast - off to the airport, pouring rain! Back home again, at least to warmer weather, a bouquet of flowers on the counter and my wonderful Sweetheart anxiously waiting.

We heard a bit of "music" in the den, and found Avie standing on her toy to reach the keys!
