Off Again - Beautiful Canada...

A quick pack up the motor home and we are off for a week.

First night the Laser show at Grand Coulee Dam, and of course if you know Steve - another "dam tour", the third power house. It was interesting though.

Then on to Canada for several days, camping at Revelstoke and doing day trips from there. It was beautiful and we did manage to see some wildlife. A huge elk, with a rack still in velvet, and only a few yards through the brush was a young Grizzly! They couldn't see each other, but it was interesting when the elk finally caught the smell... he was alert and looking all around. Way cool... the griz was just wanting more berries. The waterfalls this year were amazing!!!

Hike up to Takakkaw Falls

And what is the 4th of July without BASEBALL! The all American past time! We crossed the border at Sumas and headed south for Seattle. Four games, the Mariner's series against the Detroit Tigers. Well.... the food is always GREAT!

Alas, home again and back to the early Monday morning routine.
